Gluten Free Coconut Flour Pancakes with Gelatine

Naturally gluten free and oh so yummy!

5 Ingredients

4 serves

Coconut pankcakes


  • 4 whole eggs (at room temperature )

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1 tablespoon gelatine (or agar )

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

  • 1⁄4 cup coconut flour


  1. Start heating a frying pan over medium heat.

  2. Whisk together the coconut flour and gelatine or agar.

  3. Stir in the eggs, beating until a smooth paste forms.

  4.  Stir in the butter/coconut oil until combined, then add the coconut milk.

  5. Cook the pancakes in the frying pan with coconut oil/ghee. Cook until the edges and center starts to look opaque, then flip. Smaller pancakes will be easier to flip.
